Very first mockup to visualize the straps on the removable liner.
Using plaster to cast the last.

Putting together the boot upper. Used an iron-on laminate to simulate a synthetic overlay.
Sewing in the zipper and zipper flap.
With both uppers done, the process shifted to the tooling. CAD was done in Rhino by Alex McKellar and printed/painted by Nova.
